Raisin In Factory

After getting dry, raisins are taken to the factory, first they are cleaned, dirt and small pieces of wood are taken.
Then they are washed with water once or twice and next they are taken to a kind of drying room to be dried, after that they are sorted out according to their size and they are smeared with eatable paraffin or other vegetable oil to make it transparent, with a good quality.
Next they are sent to be weighted and packed usually in cartons or wooden boxes weighting 10 or 12.5 kg net.
The batch sample are laboratory tested in order to make sure that they are free from microbes and then are going to be phamigation on board.
